Forgiveness: Feeling genuine compassion for those who have wronged us, instead of allowing anger toward them to eat away at us, is the course of action recommended by most psychologists.
This is easier said than done though.
? Do you find it hard to forgive?
? Can you forgive others who have said or done things which hurt you?
? Can you forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made in your life?
? What does it mean to forgive and what are the benefits?
These are some of the deep questions we will be exploring in this month’s workshop, drawing on wisdom from different faith traditions. We will finish the afternoon with a forgiveness walk where you are invited to experience your own letter go process through a range of different activities.
