Loneliness

Loneliness is a dreadful thing, a hidden hurt that no one can see.

There is no way of knowing when you pass someone by, just who is lonely and will go home and cry.

It affects many people both young and old, with no one to talk to, share their day, discuss life in general, or just chat away.

If life were perfect we would all have a friend, someone to talk to, listen to and share, and just to know someone does care.

So as you pass that stranger on the street, a smile might be just what they need.
